  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receipt.
  • Returns can be requested within 3 days.

  The following conditions must be met: The abaya must be:

  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Invoice or order number must be present.

  3. Non-Returnable Products

  • Custom-made abayas
  • Discounted or promotional items
  • Used or washed items

  4. Exchange

  The product can be exchanged for a different size or style. If there is a price difference, the difference will be paid or refunded.

  5. Shipping Fees

  The customer is responsible for shipping fees in cases of exchange or return. In case of a store error or manufacturing defect, we will cover the costs.

  6. Steps to Request an Exchange or Return
